When taking the measurements I thought the item I wanted to put in here would just barely fit. Unfortunately it did not. The boxes are still really nice, so I’ll count it as a win.

I ordered these frames and was pleased by the quality. The frames were packed up securely and well protected from damage. I was also pleased by the customer service. After placing my order, I learned that I was unable to print the photos that I wanted to frame in my desired sizes. I emailed the company to ask if they could make a change to my order so that I received the correct sizes. They responded promptly, processed the change, and issued me a partial refund before the package shipped, saving me a trip to the post office to drop off a return later on.

I ordered a few shadow box frames for some of my handmade paper pieces. The frame makes it easy to mount and gives my paper some "breathing" room within the deep box. I think I will order more.

These frames are well made, reasonably priced and shipped very fast. Ordered some digital images off of Etsy, had 18x24 prints made and used these frames. Very happy & recommend!

Real fast delivery, just 3 business days. The frameLook’s very nice, but I had some fit problems. My photo was in an 8 ply mat, had I used a cheaper 4 ply mat everything would have gone together without modification. Still a nice result.
