I purchased a 25 pack of red mat boards from The Display Guys in the 18 x 24 inch size. They arrived quickly, were a very nice quality and were very well priced. However there was a discrepancy with the opening cut size-- the mats I received had a different size than the one advertised online. The company stood behind their products, made a very fair resolution and i will be purchasing from them again in the future. It was a reassuring to deal with a company that was proactive and honest.

This frame appears to be constructed well. I was and am a little disappointed because one of the bottom corners arrived slightly damaged. Looks like it was either shipped that way or was crushed a bit in transit. I decided to keep it because it can’t really be seen when viewed straight on.
The shadow box was a perfect solution for us to feature hand-sculpted alabaster hearts that we brought back from Italy. I ordered 2, one for each granddaughter. We sprayed the frames white to match the alabaster, inserted a decorative backer panel and the hearts were well-featured. The project came out great and the shadow box enabled it.
