Our online store will accept any returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must be new, unused and have original packaging and accessories.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to our warehouse freight prepaid and insured for full value.
A copy of original receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return are needed within the package being returned.
Any returns will be credit back to the same credit card used within 30 days upon return’s arrival.
Advance notice to sender needed for any return/exchange on damaged packages/products, and it will be processed within 60 days of receiving damaged packages/products.

Ground Shipments: All domestic ground shipments will be shipped via carrier FedEx and/or USPS. Otherwise customer requested. Please allow up to 72 hours processing time, which is from the time order is placed to when package gets picked up by shipping carrier. Transit time for lower 48 states is 1-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, may take up to 14 business days.
Express Shipments: All domestic express shipments will be shipped via carrier FedEx and/or USPS. 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping are available. Express orders are prioritized, usually within 24 hours after order is placed.
International Priority and International Express Mail are available.
All international orders will be shipped within 7 days of the date order placed.

I am thrilled with this purchase. It is getting super hard to find frames with glass these days. They arrived packaged very securely and no damage at all. The frames are very nice as are the mats. I will be buying from Display Guys for all my professional photography frames from now on.
Finding quality frames with glass is getting more and more difficult. I am thrilled I stumbled on to "The Display Guys." I was pleased with my first order and immediately ordered more frames. I plan on a fairly large order for a 25 piece exhibit.
We took on a large project - themed artwork for guest rooms in our family motel in western WA. We tried 5 leading frame brands, some from stores, some on-line. We will now buy dozens to complete our rooms and celebrate our 60th anniversary coinciding with the Seattle World’s Fair of 1962.
The Display Guys frames were packaged well and easy to use. They were the best!
Great frames for quality mat and tempered glass… Well worth the price. The mat windows are cut in a very horizontal (or vertical, depending on how you’re hanging ) format so, I had to adjust some images. A little less glare on the glass would be nice but, I’m pretty sure that would put it in a different price range. Again, great quality frames for a very affordable price.
