Our online store will accept any returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must be new, unused and have original packaging and accessories.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to our warehouse freight prepaid and insured for full value.
A copy of original receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return are needed within the package being returned.
Any returns will be credit back to the same credit card used within 30 days upon return’s arrival.
Advance notice to sender needed for any return/exchange on damaged packages/products, and it will be processed within 60 days of receiving damaged packages/products.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Shipping charges are REFUNDABLE for any returns/exchanges for any wrongful orders.

Shipping & Delivery
Ground Shipments: All domestic ground shipments will be shipped via carrier FedEx and/or USPS. Otherwise customer requested. Please allow up to 72 hours processing time, which is from the time order is placed to when package gets picked up by shipping carrier. Transit time for lower 48 states is 1-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, may take up to 14 business days.
Express Shipments: All domestic express shipments will be shipped via carrier FedEx and/or USPS. 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping are available. Express orders are prioritized, usually within 24 hours after order is placed.
International Priority and International Express Mail are available.
All international orders will be shipped within 7 days of the date order placed.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
